This is by far the worst service ! We pay a large monthly bill to have our internet out constantly! It was just out for almost 24 hours to be reconnected for less a few hours later that it’s out again for going on 9 hours ! They are awful ! They don’t update or reach out about any updates ! It’s absolutely awful!

I would simply like to know what the deal has been with the constant every-other-minute outages since mid July?The reps were saying there was damage somewhere, there were known outages, and now the rep is saying all is working and there are no issues. They are misleading people on speeds very slow and in and out service install and customer service do not talk to eachother
How many times are there going to be outages?! It seems like there are multiple a month in the Buckeye and Tonopah region. Me and my wife work from home and it’s super inconvenient. It’s not like we can switch internet providers because this is the only one that’s fast out here. What is being done to mitigate this? Anything at all?

if I could give them, zero stars I would. And I only base that on customer service, actual Internet service, and their billing which billed me three times and it took 2 1/2 hours and seven different people to be able to get a refund of lesson $30. It was a 45 minute phone call with Karen to get an email confirming that they had refunded or at least processed the refund. I would never use this service . Even if it was a monopoly, and the only service that ever existed. Most horribly trained an executed company on the planet.
