Get directionsHow many times are there going to be outages?! It seems like there are multiple a month in the Buckeye and Tonopah region. Me and my wife work from home and it’s super inconvenient. It’s not like we can switch internet providers because this is the only one that’s fast out here. What is being done to mitigate this? Anything at all?

The outage on April 24th was caused by a third-party provider and affected a wide area, including Buckeye and Tonopah. if I could give them, zero stars I would. And I only base that on customer service, actual Internet service, and their billing which billed me three times and it took 2 1/2 hours and seven different people to be able to get a refund of lesson $30. It was a 45 minute phone call with Karen to get an email confirming that they had refunded or at least processed the refund. I would never use this service . Even if it was a monopoly, and the only service that ever existed. Most horribly trained an executed company on the planet.
Service is not great during the winter months

The internet service from AireBeam is horrible. The speed is up and down. I constantly get download speeds of 5 or 6 meg and I am paying for 20 meg. Some of the download speeds have been 0.06, I thought we were done with those speeds since the old Dial up Days. I have hundreds of Speed Test screen shots to show the type of service that me and my neighbors are receiving. The only reason we put up with the service is AireBeam is the only Internet Provider in our area except Satellite.

Terrible service and terrible customer service!!!!
Terrible service, I’ve been without internet for weeks now, so have my neighbors. It used to be consistent a year or two ago but it’s completely dropped off and no one in the office is helpful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all.
