We had new air & heating system installed approx. 2 years ago which performed excellent , just thought we should have it checked and tuned so we had Gene come out, he went through it very thoroughly , if anyone is thinking about installing or replacing a new system, this Company is highly recommended by us!

We had an issue with our furnace fan circulating cool air from our **. Airmaxx came out and failed to diagnose it originally, however they filled our old ** system with new coolant. They overcharged the ** system causing unit failure. A technician came out and said "our system has too much pressure" not realizing it was they that did that. While normally responsive, they are now completely ghosting us. They caused damage and don't even have the decency to provide an explanation. 100% avoid.

BEWARE! Absolutely horrible customer service. Office staff is rude and unprofessional and managers are no better. Unbelievable sense of entitlement that they are owed business. Total waste of moey that they advertise because buyer beware anyone else is better than this company. Tries to utilize company in our area I would pay double to someone else to not use them. This is the second time we tried to use them, I guess shame on us we thought they would have gotten a hold of their business practice.

Wanted to talk with an owner or the manager about a problem that I had with one of there employees. I called and the so called office manager answered the phone. I said I would like to talk with the manager or the owner about a problem that I had. She said I need to know what it is about and I need to know your name. I called to talk with a manager of the owner of this company to talk about one of there employees that I had a problem with. The so called office manager or so she called herself had to know my name and what it was about. I told her she did not need to know the personal info of what I needed to talk about. She would not pass me thru to a person in charge . It was none of her business what I needed to talk about, but she kept saying I AM THE OFFICE MANAGER. My AC stopped working a few days ago, a company (with 5-star Yelp reviews) came out and determined it was a burnt motor and I could replace just the motor for ~$800 or consider replacing the whole system. My system was manufactured in 1988 and it was suggested that I should consider replacing the furnace as well since the two systems are tied together. Horrible customer service, June 7th, the Technician, Yuri, came and presented an estimate, we said we wanted the repair. The tech said he would contact us with repair date. A week went by, we called the office and the order was never placed so they scheduled for 6/20 to repair. Same tech came and wanted over double the quoted amount...After multiple excuses, finally agreed to fix,for their quoted price but did not repair and rescheduled to 6/25.
