Yuri quoted me in Jan 2020 on replacing my AC Units. I reviewed other companies include the ones you see on TV and Costco. Airmaxx came in the lowest overall. Then came COVID-19. I recontacted Airmaxx in late May and they kept their rates. They replaced my 2 AC/Hearing Units. The new Carrier units are colder, more efficient and quieter then the orginal units. We needed our furnace replaced, ducts replaced, and AC unit installed. We were in a time crunch because our newborn had just arrived, and we wanted to be able to regulate the temps in our house, rather than keeping windows and doors open at night and throughout the day. Gene came out and explained the different options up front. He also explained the differences between 1-tier and 2-tier, the pros and cons, and what would be good for us in the long run if we chose one over the other. Wow! Better price that the Costco heating & air contractor. They arrived on time, were fast, efficient, and competent. They put down mats where they would be walking and working, and when done they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.
I am rarely compelled to write reviews for service experiences but this service experience was simply outstanding and certainly merits the praise. I contacted Airmaxx to help me with a problem with my A/C. They promptly sent a technician out the next morning. The technician, Sam K, was awesome.
