Nobody, but NOBODY, does a better job than Aisling Ferguson. She has looked after me on ALL of my home loans. She is hyper efficient, exceedingly knowledgeable about all loan product, interacts well with others (banks, brokers, HOAs, etc), and has an over all winning attitude and personality. She is amazing and I recommend her constantly without hesitation.

Aisling is the one person who I trust with all of our personal information. We have had the pleasure of knowing her for many years and and have completed three loans to date; hopefully there will me many more! Aisling is responsive, detail oriented and will hold your hand through the frustrating loan process if that is what you need. Aisling has gone above and beyond in helping me with my mortgage needs. The industry has changed and many things are much harder today then they were in the past. You have to respect someone who can navigate the changes and give you the best deal.

When I was looking to buy a house, houses were on the market for maybe a week. And the bidding was aggressive -- I made an offer on a house that got 20+ offers. Not surprisingly, there were several times during my buying process when I needed things done right away. Aisling was always happy to come through with the goods. And she even called in some favors to get the offer closed quickly.

Aisling Ferguson is a great financial technician. Her capabilities, knowledge of refinancing and communication skills are excellent. If it had not been for Aisling's diligence, I would have never gotten my refinance done. She has saved me and my family and enormous amount of money by invoking her focus and persistence.
