I highly recommend Aisling Ferguson. She has successfully and professionally handled ALL of my Mortgage transactions over the last 7+ years. She is extremely knowable and accountable, she is an excellent problem solver (and problems / challenges always come up when with dealing with banks and the ever changing lending laws / rules) and she delivers exceptional lending proposals. Aisling gets the job done in record time. My realtor told me that no one ever managed to close a loan so quickly as Aisling. She takes the hassle out of buying or refinancing a home. I wouldn't consider a different broker.
We have financed or refinanced on three occasions with Aisling and we wouldn't consider anyone else. We recommend her to everyone we know, and others we do not. If you need a mortgage broker with encyclopedic knowledge of the industry, who will make it seem like you are her only client and who apparently takes no breaks for sleep or other human weaknesses, Aisling should be first on your list. This time - right in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic - she worked her fingers to the bone to ensure that we got funded. The investors put every obstacle you could think of in her way - but she advocated ferociously on our behalf and we closed two days ago. When times are tough - you want Aisling on your side.

When looking for a mortgage broker we cannot recommend Aisling more highly. She not only impressed us the first time buyers, but also our seasoned agent. She tells you what she will need and when she will need it making your part of the process all that much easier.
