When I registered my puppy, I requested quotes on different coverages, but received an email to call a number, after being told they would send the information. I wanted the quotes emailed to review and decide if I wanted to enroll in a plan. I do not want to be rushed into a decision by someone on the phone or keep being bombarded with phone calls wanting me to sign up. Because I did not receive my request of different plan quotes, I just deleted the response and gave up requesting information a second time.
