Did not see wait periods expressly stated nor some additional clarifications needed about some service/coverage options. I have some questions and there is not 24/7 customer service, making it difficult to contact with work schedule. Also, no email coming when trying to set up log in to portal & no error message regarding why cannot log in. No way to edit cart on mobile device was using at first and had to switch to laptop in order to get a fresh cart.
