Alan was great. He was great at communicating the status and what was needed and making sure that we could close on time. The process for submitting everything was easy. The less pleasant aspect of the process was the amount of documents required by the underwriters since I am a business owner. They have to do their due diligence and deal with all the red tape but it was a much more comprehensive experience compared to what I went through in the past.
