Communication and attention to detail was impeccable. Was originally going to use Navy Federal but they had a standard 45 day close required window for their review but owner wanted no more than 30 days. I had to scramble and heard about Alan so I called him up and he said “we will make it work.” He and his team even helped get rid of a lien on my credit that should not have been there. I recommend Alan and his team 100%. Very nice, very humble, and I’m extremely happy with my experience!
