Verified Renter Overall, a good place to live. Spacious apartments, friendly staff, and attentive service. Downsides: painting can be sloppy, units could be cleaner at move-in, and maintenance is sometimes patchwork rather than full repairs. Leasing and maintenance teams are attentive but clearly understaffed, leading to longer turnaround times for requests. Verified Renter Aldingbrooke excels in friendly staff, beautiful relaxing grounds, variety of layouts and large sq footage. Dealing with maintenance, trying to get repairs acknowledged and completed is an absolute nightmare... and I'm so over these 1970 appliances that they keep trying to repair.
