Verified Renter Best bang for your buck with a lot of room that nobody else has and it’s centrally located to Orchard Lake on Haggerty on either side. having a garage is a bonus and a mini storage room almost being a third bedroom is a plus as well. The price is perfect and there’s lots of room and you feel like you’re at a house because you’ve got a front door that goes right from the outside with a walkway.

The management, associates and maintenance are excellent. I would be remiss to not say that the most important reason why this community is so outstanding is because of the peaceful and tranquil environment 10 stars.
