RecommendedHad some issues with my alarm which they came out the next day and fixed the problem. Tech was very informative, answered my questions and was very professional. Friendly service. Would and do recommend Alert 360 to anyone. Always prompt and courteous whenever my alarm goes off, (which is rarely and usually my mistake.) I haven’t dealt with anyone that was impolite or unprofessional. They always make sure I am safe when they call to check on the alarm going off. Been with them for years... am truly 100% satisfied. The young lady who helped get my service,Stacy Chasteen, did a fantastic job getting all the paperwork and having my service transfered to my new address. Then Zack came to install the service, since the system was already there we thought it would be an easy test and switch over. Thankfully Zack is very thorough. He found 4 smoke detectors hat were not hooked up correctly. He was able to give me 3 different options to get everything corrected, from cheapest to most expensive. The entire process was great from the agent coming out to the house showing me my options to the technicians that installed everything and took the time to check my current system and install the new system. They took time to explain everything about the new system. I would definitely recommend Alert 360
