Our security system cellular communicator was not sending a signal to the central station. A technician was dispatcher within a few hours. He not only replaced the communicator but checked all of the individual devices. He found that the smoke detectors were not wired to the alarm panel. He not only wired them but replaced them with new detectors, explaining that they have only a 10 year life. Very professional and knowledgeable. ,

I got my Alert 360 through GSS Globelink LLC in Oklahoma City, OK. All services so far, installation and monitoring, is wonderful. We moved into a new home with an ATT system hard wired in and all was converted to this system without problem. So glad we went with Alert 360. Love it, all windows, doors, attic, smoke detectors covered. With certificate we got a discount with our home insurance that is equivalent to one year cost of security system for us, results in no cost for us.

Very cooperative about my problem. Talked to me in a conversation rather than canned responses. My C O 2 was chirping and a tech was sent as soon as possible. He was professional but very personable and replaced the unit explaining that it had a 7-year life and had reached it. Good with my dogs. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
