The representative from 360 was AWESOME if all there Service Members were as courteous and professional as he was Im sure they wld be considered the number one Alarm System Company??Im so sorry I can not remember his name ??I was distracted with a call I received while he was assisting me again my apologies because he truly was AWESOME!!!!!!

******, the technician, was friendly and very thorough. He listened patiently to my concerns. He inspected and tested all sensors to make sure everything is working properly. Although he was not able to figure out why the siren went on and turned off on its own, he assured me that if it happened again, they will replace the panel. All in all, it was a good experience.
