When I called 360 I had a very quick response. The technician that came out was absolutely, above and beyond terrific! Took care of every situation, and every detail with a good attitude. Great service and friendly. Just upgraded our system and added some equipment. As long as Alert 360 (Central Alarm) is in business I will be their customer. Monthly fee is low and affordable even on a tight budget. We've been with them for 9 years.
