I’m an HOA President. We had a car smash through our gates so violently, it tore a 10’ gate Panel completely off its welded hinges, into the street. We knew our cameras just purchased from Alert 360 should reveal the culprit, who drove away after smashing the gates. The rep at Alert 360 listed my order as a “Break In”, so I received a call within 3 hours and a technician showed up 30 mins later. Pulled up a picture of the perpetrator’s car, ALL AT NO COST TO ME. Thomas arrived in a timely manner. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was causing our system to malfunction and also how to reset the unit when this happened. Thomas made sure we understood how to use the functions such as fire, police, and emergency services on our unit. He also showed us how to disarm the unit if someone had followed us in our house, while the system notified police.
The company is very easy to contact and tries to resolve problems quickly. The technician was on time, courteous, and very efficient.
