The technician arrived on the scheduled day, assessed the situation and made the proper repairs. Our equipment is again functioning as it should.
Cant say enough about their scheduling representative and the technician who visited my home. The technician called me with advance notice to let me know he would be on his way (very polite and professional gentleman). When he arrived (now with COVID going around) he had his mask on and took off his shoes at the door (which I appreciated). Replaced my new equipment quickly, reset my panel and he was on his way in no time.
