I chose Resolution's bargain listing deal after having no luck with another regular price "prestige realtor" for my expensive house. I paid a fraction of the cost of a regular listing, and I gave up having the Resolution agent showing the property. When the sale came eventually, I ended up paying less than 1/8 of what had to be paid to the buyer's agent, resulting in saving about $ 40,000 on the transaction. We worked with Ann for the sale. She was on top of everything from getting feedback from buyers, to notifying us of any issues with the lockbox. She also highlighted the main points of the offers and was extremely responsive -- I swear Ann doesn\'t sleep.
