Sold my rental property with Ehren Alessi. Ehren was spot on with initial market analysis for price point, repair/renovation recommendations, and risk points for potential pitfalls/delays. He and his team stayed on top of contract negotiations and contingencies, and maintained constant communication with buyer (agent) and third party providers for property inspections, appraisal, and title company.
