Great Location!!!! Toured the building and was greeted by a very friendly staff! Was impressed by the golf simulator, rooftop pool and massive gym. The views and location are outstanding!

Great Apartment and Amenities, Even Greater Staff Alexan Waterloo is our favorite! Amenities and units are great and spacious, but the people that work here are even better. Everyone is extremely accommodating to any of our needs, especially the top maintenance guy in the biz, Dulla! S/O to you my man.

Best Place to live downtown! This property is the perfect location between downtown and East Austin. Its super close to the Moody theatre and UT stadium so attending events and games is super convenient! The staff works hard to make sure the community has resident events that appeal to everyone.
