Amazing place with great people! Bryan was our tour guide and he was very kind and helpful! I loved the building. Great amenities and it felt very safe!

Gorgeous Place to call home! The Alexan Waterloo is gorgeous place to live! Everyone in the office were helpful and made me feel comfortable as if I already lived there! I can't wait to move in! I had several people refer me to the Alexan! I'm glad I listened to them & went to go see the property! Lots of amenities and beautiful buildings in pristine shape!

Great Community and Staff! Such a beautiful property, great amenities and pretty finishes! Plus they have a speakeasy?! I have not heard that in an apartment community before, so cool! I toured with Amber and she was so sweet and answered all of my questions. I even got to chat with the manager, Kim and she was so lovely! With such a great team anyone would be lucky to live here.

Great tour. Bryan is great. Awesome tour. Super clean and cool designs. Closets are really cool, as well as views from the building amenities.

Love my new place in ATX My co-worker told me about all of the amenities the place has and that he's met a lot of cool neighbors. I'm enjoying my new place and would recommend moving here.

Love Our Apt The apartment is perfectly located in the city, just close enough to all of the venues and bars without having to deal with all the noise. The views from the units are amazing, as well as on the rooftop amenity space. Dulla and Hakim who both in for the building are the nicest people ever, always making our apt feel like home and not just a place we live.
