Top Flight was great to work with! Alex K. and Vanessa took such great care of us through this process! Buying a home or refinancing can be a stressful experience but they made it so easy and stress free! They were very timely with all responses and with answering all of our questions. Something else that we really liked was the fact that Alex was with us through the entire process. We were never handed off to multiple people and it feels like we know him now because he’s so personable and easy to talk to!

Excellent experience Alex made this process easy for me. Originally I had gone through some other places that led me nowhere. Alex came through. Very knowledgeable and skilled at his job. Between him and the processor Nicole Alves, they were on the spot every time. Alex never hesitated to answer any question I had. I had a lot.
