Going in to the process, my wife and I were very nervous because our credit is not the best. Alexander Khatskin explained the whole process on day one, and it went exactly how he said that it would. He introduced Kellie Reis to us a couple days into the process. Both Alexander and Kellie were AWESOME!! Communication was excellent and so was their follow through!! We are elated about everything! I am always skeptical dealing with the loan lending industry. It has not always been a pleasant experience. I also do not freely and easily provide reviews; especially good ones. This was the first time my husband and I worked with a company that treated us with dignity and respect. All our questions were answered and we never felt like we didn't understand something. AJ was our loan officer and he was awesome! We had a few kinks in the process but they actually created a better outcome than we would have gotten previously. I would like to tell everyone how much of a pleasure it was working with Alex and Marc at Top Flite Financial. I went into the Lending Tree app and was researching mortgages and over a period of about 6 months, I was receiving text messages from a phone number I did not recognize.
