I visited the office July of 24. I don't have many complaints about that day even though I remember the workers at the desk getting my information wrong a few times. When I checked out they didn't take a copay, they said they had my insurance and would wait and see what I had to pay (it was my 1st visit) I never heard from them again, no bill, no call. Awful visit to this office. The PA, incredibly rude office staff, and clueless nurses made this practice somewhere I would never return to.
Don’t waste your time. Find any other doctor. If I could give Zero stars I would.”Dr. Berger” has Poor bedside etiquette, is inconsiderate and impersonal. Waited for and hour and 50 minutes to be told I should find another dr. When I asked about a recommendation. Staff is pleasant but the provider lacks any ability to manage her practice. Go anywhere else!! This place is a SCAM!
This Dr is no Dr .. I had her from May to December.. this woman dropped me. Y letter .. she is not in control of her office and DEA must be after her
This woman took me on as a new pt and I thought yay found my new Dr .. after 6 months abruptly dropped. Med for no reason .. she gave me pain meds and I think DEA is after her .. NEVER SO DISAPPOINTED AS SHE treated me !! Run don’t walk away
I’m one of the people like below who got a letter saying she cannot treat me anymore she had too many patients. I think there’s a problem because she fired the nurse. The other doctor just disappeared and she says she’s from Coral Gables where I’m from but I find her, very cold I guess some doctors don’t remember that they took an oath to be a healer. Actually, I think that the universe realized that this was not the person for me and definitely not the doctor for me and for that I’m grateful.
This was an awful experience. The first red flag was when I saw the sign at the reception desk saying please don't knock on the window for attention we will come when we can or words to that effect. We were made to wait over an hour before an assistant took us back to draw blood She could not get my blood and cold in Dr Berger.Dr Berger arrived in a rumpled off-white lab coat which did not inspire confidence.She got the blood with no problem and then left More waiting. This office wants to charge you an office visit to have insurance pay to get your results when there is perfect bloodwork as per Quest bloodwork records that you receive week before you are called by the office requesting a charged zoom call for them to tell you there is nothing wrong with your blood work- I too am no longer a patient at their office because they are downsizing - maybe it is because I was not use to having to pay for an office visit to get great blood work results I did have to pay twice - I never saw the do... read more
Received a letter saying she is downsizing her practice & no longer considers me a patient. Meanwhile, her website indicates that they are accepting new patients. If you want a copy of your records send $25 dollars. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from a doctor .
