Worst practitioner ever ! Sends you for tests at the lab & never reports to you the results. Instead sends you a letter saying she is downsizing her practice & no longer considers you a patient. Meanwhile, we know they have accepted new patients. If you want a copy of your records send $25 dollars. I can only assume we used a different lab than one they recommended.
