The team at Alexandria were absolute wonderful in their care of my dig, Kirby, when he had his leg amputated on 27 December. I was kept informed throughout the diagnosis phase and then following the surgery. I always knew Kirby was in good hands which was very reassuring.

I have genuinely never in my life experienced professional care and service- be it from doctors, specialists or other vets- that comes anywhere close to what Hannah and the team here gave me yesterday. Caring, honest, sympathetic and open, Hannah took extra time looking after my poor cat, making sure she was comfortable and that I was happy, and never making me feel like I was 'just another customer'. Our first and last vet we've tried in Sydney. Lovely staff & great service :) Truffles was treated like a little king!

Noodle unfortunately isn't built so well and is a regular here, and Michael is always so kind to her and makes time for us always. His special interest in orthopaedic surgery is second to none and I would recommend him to anyone looking for treatment of this nature. He goes above and beyond every time, always available to phone if you have concerns and just generally a lovely caring guy. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Noodle, we wouldn't go anywhere else!
