We recently brought in our dog for a teeth clean. They called us to recommend extracting 3 teeth because they were loose. They said it is better for the dog. When we got home we realised that they had extracted 6 incisors and 2 molars. We got an apology which is OK but we have lost confidence in them. The dog is OK but I am not sure I would have agreed to extract 8 teeth....

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have every had with a vet, from start to finish. My cat had an infection and was being treated with antibiotics, at the end of course she was due to be re-tested, when I called the clinic the receptionist advised me to bring her back the few weeks following finishing the course, when I did take her back the vet advised id left it too late and another course was needed at a cost of circa $300, whilst admitting their mistake they felt that charging me only for the cost of medicati... read more

Very bad experience visiting the vet, i waited almost 30 minutes over the booked time, went inside and the doctor had a look at my cat then told me he will take a look at my cats ears. after a quick look he charged me almost $50 extra for the ears check without informing me anything about extra payment beforehand. I ended up paying almost $80 for the consultation + $50 for the cream + $50 for the ear check (i was not informed about the extra payment). Hi Jack, thank you for your feedback. We do our best to run on time, however occasionally circumstances are out of our control and cause us to run behind. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our consultation doesn't include cytology, which is a lab test required to correctly diagnose different types of ear infections. Unfortunately, we can't always resolve disease with a single consultation, and if Tom's ear hasn't improved, we would always recommend he comes back in to re-assess it.
Went to pick up Flea Treatment for my Dog was refused sale by rude girl who accused me of owing $70 from 10yrs ago then couldn't tell me what the account was for and expected me to pay before selling me the ordered product, AVOID THIS PLACE!
