10/10! Kenny was able to get offers on my condo within a few days of the listing. Kenny was also able to get people through the door on open houses and was able to effectively educate them on my condo. He was always accessible and above all a super nice, easy going seller. I liked that Kenny did not push me to take an offer, he was patient and allowed me to field multiple offers. Would use Kenny again in a heart beat

Dan was very thorough in his analysis of the market as well as super responsive to any questions we had-he always responds in second/minutes, not hours or days. This made it very easy to work with him, even though we were in another state and never had the pleasure to meet in person.
