Doris was an excellent real estate agent to work with. She was patient with me during my home search, which took me over a year and a half (on and off). She was very knowledgeable in the Hudson county housing market, she had recommendations for lenders that gave me better rates than I got at bigger banks, and she was able to negotiate a lower selling price for me. I had a very good experience overall.

Doris was incredibly patient during our painstaking effort to buy a condo. We started off by just doing market research, and Doris was very understanding and never pressured us into buying earlier than we were ready. It was a pleasure working with Dan. I was not in the same state so Dan and his team were able to handle every aspect of the deal including handling contractors to do some quick fixes for the apartment.
