James is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Hudson County area. His expertise guided us through the whole process. Any hurdles along the way, he quickly came up with a solution. He was extremely responsive. He would answer any texts or emails at all hours of the day. I couldn’t think of a better agent to guide you through the buying, selling, or renting process.

The most genuine, responsive and honest agent you will ever meet! He was not pushy, cared about our situation and was patient with our selling/buying process. He will always answer his phone or call you right back. He will answer the tough questions and give you the honest answers. Buying/selling is a personal and delicate experience and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else.

Jenn was very helpful in Susan and I’d search for our first apartment together. We told her the specifications for an apartment that we were looking for and the area we were interested and she found multiple options for us to walk through. She then scheduled a day for us to say all the options and we were able to make our decision the next day. She was also great on the walk throughs by asking questions we had forgotten to ask and overall being honest and super helpful! 10/10 would recommend. You go Jenn Coco!!!
