All About Plumbing was very quick to respond to my request and arrange for the service that I needed. Joel arrived promptly on time. He was very professional. He listened to my concerns and explained everything to me before and during the time of service. Educating as he performed the tasks at hand. I can’t recommend him or this company more! Excellent service and excellent customer care! That also includes the people answering the phones and making sure the correct service is scheduled. Thank you all very much!

He found a wire loose and check everything out to make sure nothing else was bad or wrong with the unit. He recommended a service call to service it this fall and replace any bad parts.

Had a home warranty near expiration so wanted to get A/C inspected. They came out and not only inspected but found the heat had not been properly set up since installed a few years back by previous owner. The only other issue they found was a bad relay. Unfortunately that wasn’t covered by the home warranty as still had the manufacturers warranty, but they did it that day.
