Awesome, Clarence was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix them service our unit to ensure it was running correctly. Would definitely recommend and use again.
We were extremely impressed with everyone involved with this company. From the person answering the phone to managers to technicians- all were extremely professional, polite, patient with our many questions, and thorough with the follow up. When seeking to replace these systems we went through a very thorough vetting process with a lot of different companies, seeking 7 different bids. I moved into a new (to me) condo in January. Just about the beginning of July, my A/C decided to give up the ghost. All About Heating & Air came out and diagnosed the problem...a cracked coil on a 15-year-old unit. It could be replaced, but R22 is being discontinued and very expensive. We had an emergency over a holiday weekend that came from a Leaky pipe that ended up requiring a full replacement of our HVAC and water heater along other repairs. Even though we weren’t customers when we reached out ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, they responded in record time, recommended a great restoration company, and handled the majority of the insurance needs. If there was a way to give them an extra star, I would!
