It went great! Old 12 yr old 1/2 HP garbage disposal was removed and replaced with installed In-Sink-Erator 3/4 HP disposal. The disposal was tested and no leaks were found.

Very responsive. Arrived within 1 hour after initial call. Men were nice but we felt price was way too high. $250 to repair a loose toilet is more than the toilet cost!! Quote was given before work was done but we needed to get it fixed. We are not sure if this is the going rate We did not get other estimates based on Angie's List rating. Men should bring their own towels to avoid ruining my white hand towel. Caulk around toilet was very thick so I had to wipe up excess.

The technician was very professional and really seemed sincere about wanting to help with our water problem. We have a 'vintage' house and the well repairs were extensive. The technicians stayed until the repairs were complete. We had water restored the same day! Would definitely recommend All About Plumbing and will use them for any and all future plumbing needs!

Original price less than competitive bid by a significant margin. Once started, job ran into problem according to All About Plumbing: grade from house to city sewer was flat too negative. Said we needed a pump to do job right, nearly doubling cost. Also would need an electrician (further cost). Well, what can you do? But All About worked into the evening to install pump so we could use toilets and showers, and electrician showed up promptly next morning to estimate job and get started. Once we go the sewer line exposed we found that there was not enough fall/ slope in the sewer line to run by gravity (which is was installed as a gravity sewer drain originally). We verified this with a transit laser level to ensure we didn't over dig or measure incorrectly.
