They never fulfill their promises of follow-up and repair!!!!!!!!!
Our controller flashed a "short" message. Chris M. persuaded us to install a new controller, dismissing our concern that the there might be a short in one of the valves. He did not stick to the original budget, cashed our check the next day and ..... the new controller now keeps flashing "error". Chris came out to look at it, promised to return within 2 days and we have not seen him since. He answers our calls sporadically, telling us he forgot our appointment (3x??). If the Customer was unhappy with the service I would of given them a refund. I love how it was not mentioned that we moved a rotor head and repair a drip line as well. The Sprinkler controller did need to be replaced. I would not install anything that didnt need to be fixed. I have always believed if it is not broken dont fix it. I didnt replace a master valve. The work itself was fine, the price was fair. but it was very difficult to get ahold of them, 2 appointments were unkept, and several phone messages were not returned. Once all of that was out of the way, the work itself was good,
