They never fulfill their promises of follow-up and repair!!!!!!!!!
Our controller flashed a "short" message. Chris M. persuaded us to install a new controller, dismissing our concern that the there might be a short in one of the valves. He did not stick to the original budget, cashed our check the next day and ..... the new controller now keeps flashing "error". Chris came out to look at it, promised to return within 2 days and we have not seen him since. He answers our calls sporadically, telling us he forgot our appointment (3x??). The work itself was fine, the price was fair. but it was very difficult to get ahold of them, 2 appointments were unkept, and several phone messages were not returned. Once all of that was out of the way, the work itself was good,
