After doing much research concerning a sprinkler system for our oversize lot, I decided on Chris and AAIS. Chris and wife were very friendly, never pressuring . When Chris and I walked property, he gave me several ideas not only for sprinklers but some great landscaping ideas (which I did later). All American Irrigation Systems, sprinkler system in my yard (1/2 acre) a little more than a year ago. The installation went well, but service after the installation is horrible. I have had 3 significant leaks with the system from broken pipes and valve issues. The first two times the company wanted to delay the repair for several weeks, but I was able to get the repair expedited. With the third issue, the repair is delayed for a month. Waited 5.5 hours for a no show appt. called the office at 1130 am to inform them i was at location was scheduled for 1300-1700 apptwindow. Called again at 1655 hours since had no seen nor heard from anyone. Left numerous messages still have not had a response. No interest in calling back. Still have not heard back. Made appt 10-12 days in advance and confirmed day of appt. still just wasted my time from work and other family obligations that had to be changed. Choose anyone else then these people they do not care.
Repaired one exposed pvc leak and searched for a valve with a broken detector. Never found valve. Charged me $213.00
