AAIS was able to attend to a broken supply line and still have me ready to go on my designated watering day.
AAIA was prompt in responding and were able to meet my timeline. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. They went over and above and even made adjustments to the part of the system that already existed. I am very pleased with their attitude and work efforts. The yard was also cleaned up and left in good shape. I would recommend them to others.
Chris and I met to discuss my sprinkler project and gave me a very fair price which was all inclusive. Once I decided to do the project, everything Chris had promised me, happened. The crew did a great job with the installation and especially the clean up. I highly recommend AAIS to anyone wanting a new sprinkler system. The only issue I had was that Chris is so busy it's often times hard to reach him and that was frustrating at times. But keep trying because it's worth it to hire him.
Great installation job and demonstration of equipment.
Ball was dropped when setting up an appt., but apology was made, however when an appt. time was set up, serviceman was 1 1/2 hours late, therefore job was finished 1 1/2 hours later than proposed. Price estimate was about $170 less so the final price was a bit of a shock. Otherwise, everything went well and our system is operational now.
The technician called prior to his arrival and was very helpful and insightful.
Quality of the work was professional, knowlgeable, and courteous. My work was scheduled promptly and at my convenience. The tech was due at 11:00; called at 11:25 to say he was on his way. Arrived around noon and my control box was replaced and operational by 12:30. I consider AAIS' fees to be average; not cheap but a decent value.

Chris and his crew were very professional and resectful. Did a great job with installing the system without tearing up my property. Definitly would recommend!
