I am a repeat customer for AAIS and have always had an excellent experience. Most recently I had some repairs needed and Mike did his usual excellent and quick job. Mike also had some great advice on how long to run the system and made several adjustments that made our sprinkler system run better. I appreciate the straightforward and honest service I had had from them over the years.
They showed up when they said they would, they were polite and worked. Sprinkler finished on time.
They were the only company in the area that could come on the same day I called after a holiday weekend-- and I'm happy they did! Found a large problem and fixed it, including securing the permit for me, in less than a week. Very pleased.
They called immediately, Scheduled a service call, Mike was great! Knew exactly what to do to fix all my problems! I am very happy with this company.
Unbelievable customer service!!! I never leave reviews, but this company deserve it. The technician went above and beyond to not only educate me on what was wrong with my system, but he also checked and fixed any other issues I had at no extra cost. I highly recommend this company.
