The facility is very clean, the people on site are very nice, but beware of price increases if you will be using a unit more than 6 months. We had a unit for three years. in that time the price increased 100%. The first increase was within the first 6 months, and the rate was increased twice in a 12 month period. Obviously corporate decisions and not of the local crew. They could increase your rent every month, just be aware.

Scott the head honcho is a great guy! He is kind, generous and real. They offer the first two months at half price, which is great and a helpful incentive. The storage units are all inside, meaning you don't access the units until you have access to the inside building. Which can be a problem on some level because you are limited to accessing your storage by their set business hours. So evening hours to access storage is off limits, as is early weekend mornings. ( other storage facilities allow access during off hours via an... read more

It was a pleasure renting a storage unit from Scott T. at All American Self Storage. We went on a cold afternoon the day before Christmas and the office was open (we had called ahead). The building is large, well lighted and immaculate. Scott provided a full tour and information before asking if we wanted to proceed. He demonstrated everything from the security entrance (each unit has its own entry code), docking bay and freight elevator. He showed us several sizes of units and suggested the correct one for our use - he was ... read more

Though I had to cancel my reservation due to a change in plans Scott Toomey, and Mary on another occasion, were very helpful, friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and well lighted. Scott cheerfully returned my deposit with NO hassle. I recommend this storage space to everyone, and I will defiantly use if the need arises in the future. Sincerely, Bill Hession 6/3/2017

Selecting, renting and moving in have been exceptionally easy and price very, very reasonable. The facility is spotless, secure, cool and kept fresh-smelling. The manager, Scott Toomey, was very cordial showing us several units and switching after we contracted for one size to another. Recently I had an unexpected stop-in and need for some cleaning supplies, and he gladly provided what I needed instead of me having to re-load the unit, lock up and go to the store for a spray bottle of cleaner. Great service. Only drawba... read more

I got a storage unit just yesterday and was very pleased with the experience! First, the rates are EXTREMELY comparable ($2 more) to companies with outdoor storage as this facility is indoor and temp controlled I felt my belongings would be extra safe here! Upon arrival I was greeted by the property manager - Scott who was very kind and helpful to my boyfriend and I in finding the unit that would best suit our needs and the process of actually getting the unit was very quick, easy and I was able to start unloading my stuff ... read more

Great place. Scott was more concerned about my storage needs than I was! He made the whole process of choosing and renting a unit quick and completely painless. He tried to get me the best deal possible for the amount of square footage, and showed me several different units to choose from. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
