Never had an issue in 10 months- place is clean- climate controlled, and there is always management on staff- but in 10 months I didn't have to talk to them. It was just comforting to know that when anyone could get access to the property- there was someone watching them. Great price as well.
This place has really decent rates for the storage units. The facility is clean and seems secure. My only complaint is that it's not 24/7 access. It's not even open a full day on the weekends, c'mon really..
GREAT SCOTTS! THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! AWESOMENESS! Ok, the two Scotts that work here are amazing! Super friendly, helpful, kind, generous and pleasant. I visited the place and one of the Scotts (Scott Landry?) showed my wife and I around and was really kind. Went through the prices, the types of units etc. The next day I worked with Scott Toomey and he was AMAZING! These people follow the Golden rule. I moved in the week of thanksgiving and it was, well, as fun as you might imagine moving across the country (from CA to MA).... read more
Very unhappy: stored family antiques in a unit there for two years and the roof leaked over the unit, damaging our pieces! Contacted them (now aka US Storage) several months ago, staff observed the leak stains and damage, and was told someone would contact us. To date, silence. We moved everything out ASAP, now stuffed in our basement but at least the pieces are now safe. We do not recommend this facility.
