Wish I had gone with a different company. Quality of work is sub par. They GROUTED my toilet to the floor. I had to catch that they drywalled over the dryer vent. they installed the island cabinet on top of a live wire that was taped off with painters tape. Tile work was good. Drywall poor. I have to go in and add drywall to the electrical outlets since they were cut too big. Just dont.
Three weeks after mold remediation, I'm still waiting on an estimate to replace the ceiling in my master bath toilet room. I've called three times and was told the reconstruction dept was busy and they would get back to me. This all started when I noticed some mold growing outside the vent above the toilet due to a small roof leak. AJ was very pleasant when she came out to test for moisture but she only found a small area behind the vent. I would not recommend All American Water Restoration. We payed 24000 for our house paint job and were extremely disappointed with the quality of work and communication from the owner. Rather than going back & forth with the owner on the details - I will just let the photos of his work speak to the quality of this company. Job Number ***********

Hi Amy, I met with Mr. ****** the owner of the property, and this was a lead paint encapsulation and removal of all trim and other items. I am sorry if you feel this was a final paint job. This is merely a primer coating. Primer coating is not meant to look like a final paint job. Lead Paint encapsulation is a primer that requires you to still paint. Avoid All American Water Restoration at all costs. We have been living a nightmare for the last several months. We had a pipe break and flooded several rooms. When you sign a contract with AAWR for restoration, in the fine print they make themselves the payee for insurance payments and if you decide not to use them later they keep 20% of the insurance payment.
