Chris and all the staff at All American Water Restoration where very professional and excellent to work with. They explained the entire process upfront, provided me with the project details so I knew what to expect, and completed it according to the plan. The gentleman that did the on-site work and repairs did a great job in getting things done, gave me daily reports on the progress and kept the project site clean and orderly as he completed each days work. Chris **** and All American Water Restoration are excellent to work with. They are timely to respond, fair, and honest. As a Property Manager it is important to have vendors that I can trust because they are a reflection of me. They understand the importance of communication and are versed in working with properties that have a tenant, owner and a property manager involved.

Everyone has been great from AAWR and i dealt with Chris Reed, Skylar, Justin and Mickey (Miguel ******). All have been responsive but I have to give a special kudos to Mickey ******. He went beyond his duties to make sure that the Duct Cleaning company did not ruin his work. He took lunch much later and checked then rechecked everything. He was trustworthy and so thorough. He is an asset to this company.

A broken pipe in the unit above mine resulted in catastrophic flooding and destruction of my home. AAWR had been highly recommended to me by another contractor who couldn't help me in my emergency. AAWR (Chris Reed) was on site the same day I reached out to them, immediately began water mitigation measures, and subsequently undertook mold remediation efforts. I am a Realtor. My husband and I are trying to get our townhouse cleaned up from a former renter, so my daughter can move in. There is a smell in the house that we just can't figure out what it is. My brokerage uses AAWR and suggested they use an ozone machine in the house. When Smitty came to check things out, he said he didn't think the machine would be the answer because the smell was undetectable. He tried his best to resolve the issue. This company is terrible. They are thieves. They wrote me an estimate for 3 to 6 hours worth of work. I only hired them because they came recommended from the plumbing company that I trust. The workers were late and unprepared to work. They had to leave to get basic supplies to start the job. The job total ended up being approximately two hours when I was presented with the bill, the bill was $800 more than the original estimate. Why one would ask?
