The front desk and doctors ( Dr Odum) are so kind and helpful . The nurses are NOT . They have NO bedside manners ! And should NOT be working at a CHILDRENS clinic when they clearly DONT like children !
Business response:
Someone has to give shots, swab throats, hold the children down to do procedures etc. Your label that ALL nurses are not kind, helpful and non caring is simply NOT true. These nurses are moms and love children. They could work at regular adult clinics, if they did not like children. Most of our nurses have been with us for more than 2 years. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Verma and we used him ever since my daughter was born. I take both my children to Dr. Verma he is great with them. And the staff is friendly and the waits are short! I would definitely recommend this Clinic to anyone.
We absolutely love Dr.G.The staff is friendly and will be sure your needs are taken care of.I wouldn't recommend another pediatric clinic other than this one..
The Senatobia office is much better than the Southaven location. The waits are shorter and the staff is much nicer. Sadly, Dr G is only at Senatobia on Wednesday.
I love this place! My daughter has went there since she was 3 months old (she's now 4 years old) I took her somewhere else when she was 18 months old and hated it so I brought her back here and I now have a 2 month old son that goes here too. We love Dr. Gautier!!
My husband took our 17 month old son today to have a checkup and ask questions about another issue and they waited for an hour and a half and y'all were not busy at all. Seriously considering changing pediatricians. We've had nothing but issues out of this place.
Dr G was awesome. Saw one doctor can't remember his name but he didn't hardly answer any of my questions. The girls at the front desk are extremely rude, they didn't even try to schedule us an appointment for my son's 4 months shot. Needless to say I didn't like it nor did I have a good experience. We have changed doctors.
