Very caring, knowledgeable staff. We see Dr. Charity and she is amazing. We recently had to put our cat to sleep and the staff was so nice and handled us with care throughout our kitty’s declining health.
Dr Paul is the absolute best! He takes such good care of my dog Lucy. I am very grateful and highly recommend him.

They took care of Leo's senior issues from his thyroid to anemia until he passed this Monday. My soul is crushed but the team of kind, professional, educative and thoughtful staff's approach and assistance were unparalleled. I will always trust my fur family in their care vs other palaces in Sioux Falls. My fur family is treated amazing there and I thank them for their compassion and hard work.

It’s been a year since my last review, so I thought I should update it. With nine pets, we’re at All City a lot and every experience has been an A+. One of my rats just had surgery and Dr. Charity was wonderful. She explained every thing and answered all of my questions. I never felt like my rat wasn’t as important as a dog or a cat. All the techs were very kind to her as well, and helped my husband give her her meds when I was out of town.
