My soul is crushed but the team of kind, professional, educative and thoughtful staff's approach and assistance were unparalleled. I will always trust my fur family in their care vs other palaces in Sioux Falls. My fur family is treated amazing there and I thank them for their compassion and hard work.

It’s been a year since my last review, so I thought I should update it. With nine pets, we’re at All City a lot and every experience has been an A+. One of my rats just had surgery and Dr. Charity was wonderful. She explained every thing and answered all of my questions. I never felt like my rat wasn’t as important as a dog or a cat. All the techs were very kind to her as well, and helped my husband give her her meds when I was out of town.
