I’ve been a patient of this clinic for eight years. Missed my appointment due to a work emergency tried to reschedule but if you don’t reschedule with the same doctor you must pay an $80 missed fee plus your new appointment fee seems like everybody is grabbing for money these days with no exceptions. Looks like a new clinic is in our future.

Today is Friday 5/17/19. My dog Speckles has been has been seen at All Creatures for over three years. He has been diagnosed with a back disc problem and when it acts up we have two Rx from All Creatures to give him. We called the Clinic for a refill this morning at 8:30am and that they would call it in to Costco Pharmacy. They never did what they promised and now claim they need the Vets approval.
