Backed out a day before a Scheduled move. Was set up 7 weeks in advance. Deposit and a confirmation Call 2 days before the Move!!! Could Not set up a alternate move Date. Very POOR TREATMENT TO THE CUSTOMER! POOR SERVICE!
RecommendedGreg Jones and his colleague Eric were beyond professional, thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with in moving my family to our new residence. These two are top notch and would highly recommend them both!
The worst moving experience I have ever had. So many things went wrong with this company that it is a waste of time to type them all down.
Called and made a reservation on Saturday for a move the following Saturday. They took a $100 deposit and confirmed that they had availability. Left me a message Saturday afternoon that they might have a problem with the following Saturday, but that they would let me know. I called them at 3:30 on Monday to be told that they had no availability for Saturday, but they would be happy to refund my money. Really poor service, and really poor followup.
RecommendedI had Shawnquez Warfield and his crew help me move this weekend. The guys were awesome! Friendly without being creepy, speedy, and they took good care of my belongings. This included a 6ft cat tree that made it intact without having to take it apart😀 Was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but the guys did an excellent job!

I booked a move and I expressed to the representative that I wanted a early morning move however they took my deposit and never called to confirm the move, I had to call them several time and finally someone got back with me and told me they couldn’t come in the morning! I DO NOT recommend this company!
Absolutely horrible experience. They were extremely unprofessional. Movers were arguing with each other the whole time. Were five hours late two days in a row, and no one will return our calls from the office. Damaged clothes, and scuffed couches. Would not recommend at all.
