Beware!!! Do not, I repeat, do not choose this company! They claim to be the official movers for the Miami Dolphins, so we thought they would be reputable and have good customer service. Not the case. Showed up an hour and a half late, moved slower than a turtle, and charged us for the hour and a half lunch break that they took, on top of breaking a light and cabinet. Where do I start… used them 4 times before. This time was awful. But enlightening. They were an hour late. This created a $250 over time bill for me to reserve security and the elevator that they refused to pay. They sent out 4 kids basically. Nice kids but No tools, used my tape and when they left the dressers and big head boards were upside down in the bedrooms, drawers facing the wall one was vertically on its side. Lol I mean wtf? They wasted the time i paid for, by forgetting their tools and make us go to find some. they took twice as long to get to our new place as they should have. they wouldn’t even move my couch. they told me they’d move the dresser with the drawers still in it, and then refused to do that. they claimed my physical card didn’t work (when i later found out it did and they double charged me), wrote down my digital card number, and later used that for fraud on ebay. i am beyond upset.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a move scheduled for 5/24 with the Roswell location and these people called me the MORNING OF and asked what they were moving after I had described the items in exact detail (dimensions and weight) weeks before. They then ABANDONED THE JOB THE DAY OF.
RecommendedI did appreciate All My Son's Moving. I liked the care they took in wrapping my furniture. They brought a truck that was way oversized and was an hour late arriving, and took way too long to drive across town. I did feel that they milked the clock by taking breaks to stop by store for drinks and snacks on my time. Costed me as much to move me from Norman to NW Oklahoma City as if did for me to move from Nebraska to Oklahoma!!! No lie!! Buyer beware!!!! These clowns don't deserve even a single star. Is it possible to give MINUS stars to what has turned out to be an amateur comedy show? My daughter and I were kept waiting all day Saturday after being promised an early afternoon slot, so we ended up having to change the move to Monday. I write this while waiting for the two drivers to return from a place where they can cut the lock on the back of the truck. Never use this company or you will regret it. They extort u before they will take furniture off the truck & then dropped off stuff at loading dock and left! They loaded a small truck but promised a larger one & unloaded then put stuff on large truck wasting time! We had 20 pieces of furniture & 80 boxes which took 5 hrs just to bill hourly. Management now banned them at new apt.

Very bad services, furnitures broken or never been delivered, no explanation, compensation offered over a loss of $1,800: $85! Who wants to recommend that kind of services? Pictures available en PM. Keep your belongings safe Stay away form this company!
They never showed up. They were scheduled to be there between 12 and 2 so we could move out of building with an elevator that we had to be done by 5. Numerous calls to the head office and local office gave us no help or insight. No solutions or alternatives We were told they were 'just finishing up' and would be there shortly.
