I was told movers would arrive first thing. I received a text saying the would arrive around 11. At 2:30pm I asked where the movers were. "John" said he didn't know and said to call him back in an hour if they hadn't arrived (i have to wait another hour?). John talked over me when I tried to explain I'm missing a business meeting because movers didn't arrive on time. Offered a $50 coupon. This is the most unethical company that I have ever come across! Do not hire them to "move" you! Bottom line: 1. did not move all of my stuff (they left me with half a garage full of stuff) & I had to hire a different company to finish the job correctly 2. no communication at all 3. we were told by two separate people that we were refunded money from the original estimate -- just to be told the next day that they are only going to refund half the money because their system "glitched" 4. cares more about getting your money th... read more
Jamar and Mikey were by far the best!!! They were funny, friendly and efficient. I’d use them again if I ever move. Having said that, I’d only use them If they branched out on their own because Johnathon (who knows If I spelled it exactly correct) is the biggest jerk a d disgustingly offensive!!! Sends me an email with pricing on it and then halfway through my move calls and says he needs to send another guy because I have so much stuff...?? Felipe and Robert were fantastic and super great to work with. I would recommend them and All My Sons moving for a move in the Front Range.
They did not even move us. But, AMS Moving out of Broomfield IS holding & has NOT returned a “good faith” $50.00 deposit. Kyle Barron was personally informed via email & voice mail. Almost two weeks prior to the tenative move date. Ironically, the company we chose to do a complicated 2 city move, (Boulder & Ft. Morgan to Greeley), on 2 different dates, has not yet charged us 2400.00, plus supplies. The other portion of that move will happen this Saturday. I would recommend Matt and Dillon as the best movers!! What two HARD working men!! Now the office men that I dealt with is another story. Due to the weather my time was moved from 10AM to 4PM. The 2 wonderful men were sent to the WRONG location to start with. Not sure how that happened when I stated it correct and confirmed it correct when called. Be very leery of the Boulder Branch of All My Sons Moving and Storage. Their level of customer service is unprofessional, unresponsive and accusatory to everyone but themselves. My brother-in-law had his house in Westminster moved to Broomfield and it took 13 hours to move them. Their house was only 2200 sq. ft. and they weren't moving clothes or breakables. This is my 4th move with this company. The first 3 times took 3.5 hours and were very efficient and I was very impressed. My last move they took excellent care in wrapping my belongings and organizing, however the cost was 1,100 dollars more as the crew was incredibly slow and complacent. My wife and I recently used All My Sons to move a portion of our household items from our previous home in Longmont to our new place in the Colorado Springs area. The company sent three guys to do the job and they arrived on time and they worked very hard. However, when the truck was unloaded at our new place we discovered our refrigerator had sustained significant damage (dents and scratches) to both French doors, the lower freezer door and to one of the side panels.
