If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are CROOKS!! Notice their google reviews are all 5 stars and the Yelp reviews are the opposite. Looks to me like they are deleting the bad reviews on google to make the consumer think they are a fabulous moving company. Consumers BEWARE!! Worst moving experience EVER!! Do NOT give this company your money or waste your time even reaching out for a bid. I repeat do NOT use this moving company! I used the Boulder location. They are horrible! They took four hours to load a one room apartment. They took the railings off the stairs to get the couch out. Called them three times as this is a huge safety hazard. I was told by three different people that they would check in and call me. Surprise!!! They never called. Do mot use them!!!

Be very leery of the Boulder Branch of All My Sons Moving and Storage. Their level of customer service is unprofessional, unresponsive and accusatory to everyone but themselves. My brother-in-law had his house in Westminster moved to Broomfield and it took 13 hours to move them. Their house was only 2200 sq. ft. and they weren't moving clothes or breakables. AND their workers worked inefficiently and were caught smoking pot on the job - which of course they denied but the smell is unmistakable. When my brother-in-law contact... read more

This is my 4th move with this company. The first 3 times took 3.5 hours and were very efficient and I was very impressed. My last move they took excellent care in wrapping my belongings and organizing, however the cost was 1,100 dollars more as the crew was incredibly slow and complacent. Throughout the move the crew was on Instagram and sitting in the truck smoking marijuana. It was very apparent they were sitting on the clock to avoid having to do another move that day. My wife and I recently used All My Sons to move a portion of our household items from our previous home in Longmont to our new place in the Colorado Springs area. The company sent three guys to do the job and they arrived on time and they worked very hard. However, when the truck was unloaded at our new place we discovered our refrigerator had sustained significant damage (dents and scratches) to both French doors, the lower freezer door and to one of the side panels. What a great job they did for me this morning, Bill Murphy Part 2. In June I contacted AMS about moving my house out of Colorado to Arkansas. I was given a price with a $1000.00 down the same day. I was told my goods would be loaded into 1 truck and the same truck would take them to my new home. 2 days before my move date, AMS called me and told me that I would have to pay another $500.00 because of a scheduling problem. I honestly feel so ripped off by All My Sons Moving. My move over the weekend required three steps: 1. pick up all my boxes from a storage unit 2. Pick up furniture from another 3. drop it all off at my final destination. Everything was prepared, and organized It should have taken 3 hours but it took 5. It's not a lot of stuff... just enough to fit in a one bedroom apartment. I would NOT recommend All My Sons for moving!! They do not tell you all the charges and if you ask about it they will tell you there isn’t a charge but they will charge you later. They won’t unload the truck until you pay even if the price is way too high. The movers smelled like marijuana and very completely unprofessional. They were too busy talking and took 6 hours to load the truck for a 2 bedroom apartment. Couldn’t be more unhappy. When I called to tell them about my experience it was the worst customer service.
