Absolutely would not recommend working with these people. I have moved 13 times and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever even heard of. Petty, vindictive, dishonest, just a few words I would choose to describe Zack Morgan and Adam, the 2 “managers” I dealt with. Allow me to share some details. Am I the only person that didn’t get any wording or explanation in their quote or in their confirmation that they charge an hour rate on top of the 2 hr minimum for drive time?? “Travel: We allow an additional .5 hour travel to get to your 1st stop & .5 hour for crew to get back to dispatch after your final stop! Total Travel Time 1hr. (Even if weather/ traffic cause delays? Still just 1hr. Travel Time) Fuel Surcharge: Standard fuel surcharge is only 12% of you total cost.” Thats directly from my quote. Horrible experience!!! Damaged our couch and doorframe, then didn’t want to pay to replace, guys were very unprofessional, stood around a lot. Horrible customer service!!!
RecommendedBoth guys very hard working. They safely moved everything without any problems. They explained the paperwork 100% clearly. They wrapped all furniture for safe move. They seemed to care more about my furniture than i. Very friendly and curious. Very professional people. I would refer and recommend those 2 guys profesionalizem for your moving needs. Reasonable prices too. Just want to give a Big Thanks to both guys and company for the very much needed help.

While traveling on Sr 23 this morning there were 2 of this company’s trucks driving excessively fast. One ran the light at 23 and Hillsmiller and later while driving North when the left lane ended they almost hit us.
The worse company ever. They just moved me on 9/11 and overcharged me 1hr and 15 minutes, needless to say, I still haven't received my money back yet. The operations manager Zachary Morgan has yet to give me a number to contact the proper department not to mention a 3-hour job cost me $801.00 at $159.00 per hour. Once your things are on their truck they can't be taken off until you pay first. They won't give you your total price until you arrive at your new destination.
