ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I have a move coming up tomorrow, and they took it upon themselves to double charge for my deposit, and when I told them that this needed corrected, they continued to hang up on me MULTIPLE times, and then told me they refuse to complete my move tomorrow. Be honest about the cost. $400.00 for 30mins work is dishonest.
Do not trust them! they give quotes over the phone that are not even close to realistic or close to what they will charge you. Unless you just want to listen to whatever they quote you and double that price. No one should ever consider using this company. It was the worst 'customer service' experience of my life. I do not believe any review that is over zero stars. They will 'schedule' your move, but will not truly schedule a time with you, will not commit, will not call you and then will leave you to move yourself. I cannot express this enough, do not use.

If I could, I would give 0 stars! This was my first use of a mover and from my experiences, it will be my last! I was completely floored by the complete lack of professionalism and disregard for the quote given and my time as a customer. Short story: I would not recommend this company at all!! They have serious scheduling issues and no real costumer service skills. The only good thing about this company was the movers, Kenneth, Kwame, and Tyler. They were professional and funny. We enjoyed having them in our home. They could become reliable. They are not. They did not show up at all, did not call and lied when I called to find out why.

I was told that there was a minimum of 2 hrs for the move. I moved most of the things myself trying to stay under the 2 he min where I was told it would cost 129.00/he for the move. apparently there were other charges like fuel and time of arrival the form that I had took ALOT OF TIME!!! So in the end I had to pay double what I was expecting to pay!!! good thing my roommate/bf was able to pay the rest to which I will pay him back when my paycheck goes through.
